Introducing foreign gene into kale through genetic engineering may create novel variety with cold tolerance. In this study, BADH(encoding betaine aldehyde dehydrogenase) and TCH(encoding transcription regulation factors) were used to be transformed into kale with Agrobacterium-mediated transformation.
